Foluma terms of use

These terms apply when you use Foluma, a free manga and comic reader operated by EVOZA. By using Foluma, you agree to use it lawfully and only with content and accounts you are authorized to access.
Your files and content rights
Foluma does not include a manga catalogue or provide manga downloads. You choose the files you add. You are responsible for owning those files or having permission to store, read and share them. Do not use Foluma to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, distribute unlawful content or interfere with another person's account or device.
Accounts and Google Drive
An account is optional for local reading but required for account-based features such as private library sharing. Google Drive connection is optional and separate from Foluma account sign-in. You control the Google account and files you connect and can disconnect Drive without deleting the source files.
Library owners must invite only intended readers and must have permission to share every file they add. Foluma creates named Viewer access rather than public anyone-with-the-link access. A reader cannot use Foluma to invite others to a library they do not own. Copies a reader has already downloaded or made cannot be recalled.
Third-party services
Apple, iCloud and Google Drive are third-party services governed by their own terms and availability. Foluma does not control those services and cannot restore access that their provider or a library owner removes.
Privacy and safety
Our Privacy Policy explains what Foluma accesses, what stays on the device, what the optional account service stores, and how account deletion works. Never send passwords, provider tokens or private invitation codes to support or through a feature request.
Service availability
Local files remain under your control, but optional online features can be interrupted by network, provider, maintenance or security requirements. EVOZA may restrict misuse of its account service when necessary to protect people, the service or legal rights.
